T.H.I. has been around since 2008. It was started as a home improvement company specializing in home remodels, custom painting, and home repairs. Robert, the owner of T.H.I noted that there was a need to assist both sellers and buyers in helping raise the value, equity and safety conditions of houses being sold and purchased.

In 2017, Robert became a certified home and light commercial inspector through ICA, a nationally recognized home inspection certification.
